  • Neil Proto, ESIA MA '69, , LAW JD ‘72 will present his book and share his personal experience of bringing a case to the supreme court (and winning), while enrolled at GW Law. • GWSPH 950 Awards

  • The 950 Awards are given to alumni who display outstanding service to the school and have made significant strides in their careers in public health, health policy and health management. The award, launched to celebrate the school's 20th anniversary, is named after the School of Public Health's LEED certified building, located at 950 New Hampshire Ave., which provides a remarkable home to educate our students and nurture the research of our faculty.

• GW Program Board's Annual Fall Comedy Show

  • Join GW Program Board for a night of stand-up comedy featuring comedian Jimmy O. Yang! Yang is an actor, comedian, writer and producer who is best known for his roles in Love Hard, Silicon Valley, Crazy Rich Asians, and Space Force, where he also served as a writer. He is also slated to be the lead on Hulu’s Interior Chinatown, directed by Taika Waititi and written by Charles Yu, based on the award-winning book of the same name.       Please join Dean Paul Wahlbeck and faculty and staff from the Columbian College of Arts & Sciences for its AFW Open House! Hosted by the college's Corcoran School of the Arts & Design, the  event will celebrate the breadth of the Columbian College and its expansive and integrated curriculum that is helping to prepare the next generation of engaged citizens of the 21st century.   • Ellen M. Granberg, Ph.D., is the 19th President of the George Washington University and the first woman to serve in that role.   • Whether you want to walk down memory lane or learn more about your student’s Residential Neighborhood, this event is your chance! The Residential Neighborhood Showcase will give families and guests the opportunity to explore different parts of the student’s residential experience. The showcase will feature Community Coordinators and Faculty in Residence presenting on “community creation in the halls,” a guided tour by our staff and a student leadership showcase by members of the Residence Hall Association and Hall Councils.  Each neighborhood will have a 2pm session and 3pm session to give flexibility for attendance.
